Pop SUP Yoga Reservations made via the City's Park+Rec Portal

The combination of yoga and Stand Up Paddle boarding is a dynamic duo.  SUP provides an overall awareness of core stability, balance, and confidence on the water.  When paired with yoga, students can additionally increase strength, flexibility, and focus.  This playful practice is a fun introduction to both yoga and SUP.

  Join us for SUP Yoga classes in partnership with the City of Ventura. Classes meet at the Leo Robbins Sailing Club on the water's edge of Marina Park.

  •  90min SUP Yoga class includes:

    • SUP Board and necessary equipment

    • Basic paddle knowledge and yoga flow fundamentals

    • 20mins of paddle (approx)

    • 70mins of yoga (approx)

    • Suggestion to have SUP or Yoga experience prior to registration

    • Standard yoga attire is suitable
