The Movement of Seeing Clearly
Our sense of sight is one of our most heightened + often over stimulated senses in our modern world. It's how we percieve, how we filter what's true and often it is the master control of many of our other senses. But in this oversaturation of our sight is it possible that it actually blinds us to the true beauty of our life's expreinces?
Lets explore:
In this 90min yoga + movment journey Jessy Raspiller will invite us to explore the disconnection to our sense of sight. Blindfolds will be provide and through this experince we will tap into our deeper sensory awarness. In doing so we will build a sense of trust that we can utilize to see the world through our own unique eyes.
Cameron Prendergast will fill our space with immersive live music performance throughout
