Are you a runner or always dreamed of setting a pace, yet something has held you back?
Join Michelle Mack in this 90 minute class that will help you improve your stride or take that first step. We will be going over technique, form and most importantly breath. Doing so by incorporating aspects of Yoga and how it correlates to your movement when setting the pace. When allowing these aspects to flow together we'll see how running can be a physical grounding and meditative practice.
In addition, we will complete the class by doing a 30 minute flow focusing on stretches for runners to keep hips happy and open.
This practice is appropriate for New + Advanced Runners/Yogis. Join us to create community around the things you love.
Michelle has been an avid runner for 20+ years. She created Moms + Muscles a few years ago in hopes to inspiring others to lead a healthy life; physically, mentally and emotionally. She's been teaching with VPUY for almost 3 years and is excited to bridge two of her passions into one.
