Coming home from peaceful Montana, the last thing I wanted to deal with were hundreds of ants that invaded my space while I was gone. The Sannyasi and The Scorpion: One day a sannyasi was sitting on the bank of a river silently repeating his mantram. A scorpion fell from a nearby tree in to the river. Wellness Wednesday- Apple Cinnamon Bites
Those warm summer nights are settling in and for me that means do anything to avoid turning the oven on. I’ve been trying to break the sweet tooth I’ve acquired over the last several years. From time to time I’ll experiment with some healthy “treat” options. This no-bake Apple Cinnamon bites was a win/ win.
